對2008年高考文綜全國卷地理試題的印象

                                  ――從幾點(diǎn)變化談起

       高考改革自1999年至今已經(jīng)歷了10個(gè)春秋,十年改革變化多,命題思路、高考內(nèi)容在變化。我們眼見得“知識立意”向“能力立意”的轉(zhuǎn)變,試題在不斷發(fā)展變化,難度也在悄悄地變化著。同樣是某項(xiàng)知識(如等高線)的內(nèi)容,今天的要求已和過去完全不同。雖然是“穩(wěn)中求變、穩(wěn)中求新”,但“穩(wěn)中求變”真在“變”,“穩(wěn)中求新”真有“新”,而我們的高考備考思路、復(fù)習(xí)理念和方法,卻變化不是很大。相反,投入越來越多,教輔資料越來越厚,負(fù)擔(dān)越來越重,效率卻越來越低。有的學(xué)校說自己的學(xué)生成績提高了多少,但問到是用什么方法提高的,卻答不出來;明明知道高考改革“以能力立意”,能力要求在提高,但為什么就不能在教學(xué)和復(fù)習(xí)過程中對能力培養(yǎng)給以重視呢?遇到新一點(diǎn)的題目就不適應(yīng)、不習(xí)慣,“望題喊難”,本來好的命題可以在一定程度上改變基礎(chǔ)教育中以傳授、記憶知識為主的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法,提高中學(xué)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性思維,這是完全符合新課標(biāo)改革精神的。但實(shí)際上卻并不如此。

自2004年廣東、海南、山東、寧夏四省區(qū)率先進(jìn)入實(shí)施新課標(biāo)行列,2005年江蘇也加入實(shí)施新課標(biāo)行列,這5個(gè)省區(qū)今年都用新課標(biāo)考綱(文科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)版《考試大綱》)進(jìn)行高考;2006年天津、浙江、安徽、福建、遼寧相繼進(jìn)入實(shí)施新課標(biāo)行列,2007年北京、黑龍江、吉林、陜西、湖南,2008年即將實(shí)施新課標(biāo)的有山西、江西、新疆、河南、湖北,這樣到2009年高考將有10個(gè)省區(qū)、2010年高考將有15個(gè)省區(qū)用新課標(biāo)考綱了。周圍的形勢在發(fā)生著變化,新課標(biāo)高考的要求更注重學(xué)習(xí)能力和學(xué)科素養(yǎng),即“對所學(xué)相關(guān)課程基礎(chǔ)知識、基本技能的掌握程度和綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識分析、解決問題的能力”。所提出的四項(xiàng)考核目標(biāo)與要求比《考試大綱》的要求更具體,共有13項(xiàng)“能夠”。這些要求很值得我們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)一番并貫徹在今后的復(fù)習(xí)活動中。而從今年的高考命題中已經(jīng)在隱隱地體現(xiàn)著這種改革的精神,對于有些地區(qū)來講,這將是最后一年或者是倒數(shù)第二年用《考試大綱》來考試了,因此在試題中滲透一些新課標(biāo)的考試要求也是“穩(wěn)中求變”的反映吧。

       基于以上的認(rèn)識,我們來看今年的全國文綜試題,就可以理解那些特點(diǎn)的出現(xiàn)不是突然的變化,而是改革的必然要求了。
