解答 An increasing number of students are choosing to go abroad to study every year．But，so thrilling an experience as it is，adjusting to the culture of a foreign country can also be a challenge，which may influence their academic performance．A university has done a survey on the challenges presented by different aspects of social acculturation，and the results are shown in the chart above．
As can be seen clearly，most Chinese overseas students have little trouble adjusting to daily routines．Besides，they also do well in adapting themselves to academic study and understanding the values．Language isn't a major obstacle to adapting to a new culture．But most of them find interpersonal communication a big problem，the score of which is the lowest．And this can easily lead us to the conclusion：the biggest challenge for Chinese overseas students is to fit into local circles．
It is suggested that overseas students take part in more community services and activities，thus helping them get used to the life in a foreign country more quickly．
