【答案】As we know, more and more ladies are beginning to lose weight in different ways now. Recently, our class have had a heated discussion about it.

About 60% students are for it. They think one can stay slim and look beautiful by losing weight. If one does this in a proper way, it can stop one from getting fat and can keep one healthy. Besides, taking everyday exercise and going on a diet can help to train a person’s perseverance. However, the others have different ideas. They hold the view that it is a waste of time, energy and money. Some often try to lose weight by taking weight loss pills. As a result, their health gets damaged badly. What’s worse，whoever takes weight loss seriously often lacks confidence.

In my opinion, if one is too fat and often falls ill, he or she should try to lose weight with the help of a doctor.
