解答 As we all know，healthy lifestyle is very important．Only when we have a healthy lifestye，can we study well and enjoy life．
   However，many teenagers don't pay any attention to their lifestyle，especially during holidays．They spend too much time watching TV，playing games and chatting on the Internet all night，which are harmful to their health．First，most of them get near-sighted．Worse still，their bodies become much weaker．Thirdly，they lose the chance to communicate with others face to face as they never go out，which may have a bad effect on their mental health in return．
   In my opinion，they should spend less time in front of the TV or the computer．So，go out to take some exercise，and visit some friends to have a healthy lifestyle．
