Last Friday I went to pay a visit for my former teacher，Mrs．Wang．We used to living

There is a belief that good habits result from resisting temptation．Enough examples can be found to illustrate the point of view．To begin with，eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat is a wonderful healthy habit．Of course，you would have to refuse a variety of delicious snack and junk food．Also，excellent habit of reading classic literature in a regular basis is another case in point．But you would definitely have to spend more time on your favorite TV programs or fascinating computer games．
