But what do you think can affect it? The custom of your country., the different kinds of food, or just your personal interest? The last study in theJournal of American College Health told us that in fact, the environment where we live also plays a role in eating.

So some experts advise that if you're trying to lose weight but your friends think pizza and beer is a balanced meal, then the problem is coming.
