The government of central Hunan Province．one of the areas hardest hit by the worst weather in half a century，said that it would offer a subsidy of 5，000 yuan（694 U. Alex London Research Laboratory (ALRL) is part of Alex Co., Ltd., a major Australian medicine-making company. Opened in 1992, ALRL specializes in the development of new medicines for the treatment of heart diseases．
