We are always hearing about road accidents, and when we are in the car we try to drive carefully. But, how many of us take the same degree of care in our homes? A large  1  will tell you the number of accidents that happened in the home is almost the same as those on the  2 .  I don’t pretend to be  3  , but I’ve thought a lot about how and why these accidents happen and what we can do to  4  them.
