 Have you eaten too much over the holidays? You should try fidgeting for a while. Those around you might not like it, but scratching (moving your nails against a part of your body) and twitching (moving suddenly and quickly when you don’t want to) is an important way of burning up calories .

 Angela Chang didn’t know it would be so hard to turn her singing hobby into a career. Her agent used to take her to lots of auditions（試唱）at different recording studios but the Taiwanese girl was always turned down for looking too young and small.

I had the meanest mother in the world. While other kids ate candy for breakfast, I had to have cereal, eggs and toast. Others had cokes and candy for lunch, while we had to eat a sandwich.
