During the National Day holiday, I went on a tour of Huangshan Mountain. During my trip I was deeply attracted by the breathtaking scenery — the beautiful pine trees, the strange-looking rocks, the splendid sea of clouds and so on. This could have been a perfect trip but for some tourists’ bad behavior. For example, some people left litter everywhere; others scribbled in some scenic spots. What’s more, I even noticed that there were one or two tourists who were smoking cigarettes! That’s much too dangerous, for it could easily lead to a forest fire.   

As we all know, Huangshan Mountain is world-famous for its beautiful natural sights, which is just what I take great pride in as a native of Huangshan. So we should make every effort to protect its environment and make it more and more beautiful.

And teachers reported that students were more alert and ready for learning. Parents reported that their children were easier to live with because their emotions were more regulated.
Teachers especially wanted a change because they were concerned about student attendance and student readiness to learn that first period of the day. The change resulted in better attendance and less student sleeping in class that first hour.
