In Bulgaria，where I live，homeless dogs are everywhere．Many people here turn a blind eye to them．But I cannot ignore the life of a street dog whenever I see one wandering in the street，looking for something to eat．That's why I'm no longer a food waster．When I see wasted food，I always think of a hungry dog climbing to garbage bins，searching for food that people have thrown there．When eating in a restaurant，I'm not afraid to take leftover food to feed stray cats or dogs．
A week ago，I saw a homeless dog around the garbage bins．Immediately I knelt down，spoke to her softly and ran my hands over her．I could see that she had had puppies．I couldn't imagine how she could have been able to care for them．Hours earlier，I'd bagged up a plate of leftover fish．As I unwrapped it，she wagged her tail and sniffed at it．She ate all the fish in no time．
It's sad，isn't it？I can't understand why many of us waste so much and think little of it．These homeless animals have taught me that food is precious．Even when I don't have leftovers with me，I'll take the time to get something from the grocery store to feed them．
I know my power is small，so I hope that next time you see wasted food，do turn it into worthy food．You have the power to save a life!

Faced with disasters and adversities，some people choose to stay optimistic and determine to carry on regardless of the hardships．Life，to some extent，rests on our choice．
Life is full of ups and downs．When the time comes for us to make choices，we should be aware of the importance of a positive attitude．A positive attitude somehow resembles the sail of a ship，which offers us the right direction（高分句型一）．
As a teenager，it is of great significance to take a positive attitude towards life．To stay energetic，I will stick to an exercise schedule．I will also keep myself informed of the current events and communicate more with others，becoming socially connected．

Many writers couldn't resist reading Boyd's findings．Boyd's analysis of teenage life is realistic and profound．After reading much of what she discovers，most parents can give a sigh of relief．The kids are all right，but they want to be understood．They are not so different from their parents after all．

Munro knew she was in the running-she was named the second-most likely person to win this year's prize，after Haruki Murakami（村上春樹）of Japan-but she never thought that she would win．
Munro's win also represents the long way Canadian writers have come．"When I began writing there was a very small community of Canadian writers and little attention was paid by the world．Now Canadian writers are read，admired and respected around the globe，"Munro said on Thursday．
She is technically not the first Canadian to win the Nobel Prize for Literature，but many like to think that she is．In 1976Saul Bellow，who was born in Quebec but moved to Chicago when he was still a child，won the prize．Even though he was born in Canada，he is mostly considered to be an American writer．
"This is a win for us all．Canadians，by our very nature，are not very nationalistic，"said Geoffrey Taylor．"But things like this suddenly make you want to find a flag．"
She wasn't sure whether she would keep writing if she won the prize，saying that it would be"nice to go out with a bang．But this may change my mind．"
