He turned to me and said, “Well, at least you’re not afraid of the microphone!” Thanks to Dave’s trust and encouragement, I went on to become a very successful guesser. His support in helping me overcome that fear improved my life in more ways than Dave could ever imagine. In that same spirit, I successfully completed my Master’s degree in electrical engineering which I had once wanted to give up.

A water bearer in India had two large pots, each hung on each end of a pole which he carried across his neck.
