9.他向經(jīng)理保證,一經(jīng)錄用,他會竭盡所能為公司服務,絕不辜負公司的期望并為自己的理想打拼.(assure)Heassuredthemanagerthatif/once(hewas)appointed/accepted,hewoulddohisbesttoworkfor/servethecompany,liveuptotheexpectationofthecompanyandstriveforhisownideal..

分析 He assured the manager that if/once (he was) appointed/accepted,he would do his best to work for/serve the company,live up to the expectation of the company and strive for his own ideal.

解答 He assured the manager that if/once (he was) appointed/accepted,he would do his best to work for/serve the company,live up to the expectation of the company and strive for his own ideal.
這句是他過去向經(jīng)理做出的保證,所以用一般過去時,從句中用過去時的相應時態(tài).
句中that引導賓語從句,作動詞assure的賓語,在賓語從句中if/once引導一個條件狀語從句,從句中使用一般過去時,主句中使用過去將來時.do one's best to do sth竭盡全力做某事,live up to不辜負,strive for為…而努力/打拼.

點評 主從復合句的運用能夠更生動形象的表達出句子的意思,同時也能夠?qū)⒂⒄Z句式的表達提升到一個新的高度,所以對于復雜句式的練習與運用還需要進一步加強.
