分析 作者學所在校的學生參觀了機器人世界,看到了機器人能代替人類做很多事情,從而體現(xiàn)了人類智慧的偉大.

解答 On January 5th,students in our school visited Robot World,which we saw a great diversity of robot.It was amazed to find those robots could do a great number of things just like real people,including playing chess,playing∧piano and drawing pictures.What's more,the robots were in different kinds and shapes,which made us enjoyable.In addition,that excited me most was the show given by a group of robots.They danced just as if they are dancers on the stage.By visiting Robot World,I have learned a lot of about robots,especial about their functions and shapes.The great human wisdom is so powerful that it make us feel more comfortable∧live in the world.
詳解:
1.which 改為where;考查定語從句:先行詞是Robot World,定語從句中缺少地點狀語:which改為where
2.robot改為robots;考查名詞,a great diversity of 后面接可數(shù)名詞復數(shù),故把robot改為robots
3.a(chǎn)mazed改為amazing;考查分詞作形容詞,amazed修飾人,amazing修飾物,這里是it做形式主語,用amazing.
4.piano前加the;考查冠詞,play the piano彈鋼琴,樂器前面加the
5.that改為what;考查名詞性從句,what引導的是主語從句,what在主語從句中做主語.
6.a(chǎn)re改為were;考查虛擬語氣,as if后面接虛擬語氣,用過去時表示和現(xiàn)在情況相反,故把are改為were.
7.of去掉;考查介詞,a lot of后面應該接名詞,如果沒有名詞,就用a lot.
8.especial改為especially;考查副詞,此處用副詞作狀語修飾介詞短語,especial改為especially.
9.make改為makes;考查主謂一致,主語是it,謂語動詞用第三人稱單數(shù)makes.
10.live前加to;考查動詞不定式,feel+adj+to do sth感到做…如何…,live前加to.

點評 短文改錯時首先要從整體掌握短文大意,結合上下文語境并充分運用平時掌握的基礎知識,習慣用法,短語搭配等對短文進行分析,找出文中的錯誤所在并加以改正.

13.The Intelligent Transport team at Newcastle University have turned an electric car into a mobile laboratory named"DriveLAB"in order to understand the challenges faced by older drivers and to discover where the key stress points are.
Research shows that giving up driving is one of the key reasons for a fall in health and well-being among older people, leading to them becoming more isolated(隔絕)and inactive.
Led by Professor Phil Blythe, the Newcastle team are developing in-vehicle technologies for older drivers which they hope could help them to continue driving into later life.
These include custom-made navigation(導航) tools, night vision systems and intelligent
speed adaptations.Phil Blythe explains:"For many older people, particularly those living alone or in the country, driving is important for preserving their independence, giving them the freedom to get out and about without having to rely on others."
"But we all have to accept that as we get older our reactions slow down and this often results in people avoiding any potentially challenging driving conditions and losing confidence in their driving skills. The result is that people stop driving before they really need to."
Dr Amy Guo,the leading researcher on the older driver study, explains,"The DriveLAB is helping us to understand what the key points and difficulties are for older drivers and how we might use technology to address these problems.
"For example, most of us would expect older drivers always go slower than everyone else but surprisingly,we found that in 30mph zones they struggled to keep at a constant speed and so were more likely to break the speed limit and be at risk of getting fined. We're looking at the benefits of systems which control their speed as a way of preventing that.
"We hope that our work will help with technological solutions(解決方案) to ensure that older drivers stay safer behind the wheel."
