The women,who are not named in the report,are part of a second generation of seven astronauts.They were both pilots in the People's Liberation Army Air Force.The female astronauts were required to be married,"as we believe married women are more physically and psychologically (心理上) mature,"according to Zhang Jianqi,former deputy commander (副總指揮) of the country's manned space program.He also said that,in theory,women astronauts have more endurance (耐力) and circumspection (細(xì)心) than male ones.
Sweet tasting museum opens in Beijing
BEIJING'S chocolate theme park is open to the public from late January through April near the Bird's Nest stadium.
The park is called World Chocolate Wonderland.Everything on display is made of chocolate,including life-size chocolate Terracotta Warriors,a chocolate Great Wall section and a set of chocolate mahjong.Children can learn how to make chocolate and taste their creations with their parents.
