Last week, my teacher told us about our school's speech contest, which topic was “my hero”. I thought of my grandpa would be my perfect topic. Then I carefully prepared for contest. A couple of weeks later, after the first round I was choosing to be one of the seven finalists! The final was held soon. I was the sixth to giving the speech. After I finished it, I saw the audience discussing and wondering what they were saying. After the last person finished, the judge made their final decisions and announced that I have won the first prize. The audience were going wildly, clapping and cheering! I was extremely happy. It was such exciting a moment that I will always remember it.

Nowadays it's common for many high school student to skip (跳過) breakfast, leading to both poor school performance or damage to their health.
When asked why they skip the breakfast, some students say he think of breakfast as the least important meal of the day, and think it unnecessary, while others said they have too few time in the morning to have breakfast. And a third group, mostly girls who figures are their biggest concern, say they want lose weight to keep slim.
I strongly suggest that every student has breakfast properly every day, since breakfast can provide the necessary energy one needs. In addition, having breakfast can help you concentrate in class and study efficient.

Last week, we close go to school by bike or with foot rather than by bus or by car. Before we left the classroom, we made surely the lights and the computers was turned off. In order to make a full use of paper, we began to write on both side. Beside, when we were doing some shopping, we no long used plastic bags but carried environmental-friendly ones. I think what we do last week was meaningful, what can help us to form a good habit. We should also encourage the people around them to do something for low-carbon living. The earth will become a good place to live in this way.

I am honored that you would ask me for some advices. As you know, our band was formed in a very unusual way. However, we learned a lot about be a band since then.

Next, you can come up to a name for your band—something which is different. Then, make a special time for practicing but stick to it. I will also need to give several performances for friends and family to get their ideas on your musical ability.
