Now bike-sharing is becoming increasing popular. It is green means of transportation and provides a user-friendly experience. Besides, problems also arise. The bicycles are left almost in everywhere on the street. Also, many people ride the bicycles on the driveway, cause many traffic accidents. My suggestions on how to improve the situation were as follows.
First of all, the city government should design certain areas for parking the bicycle. In this way, fewer people will leave the bicycles like they please. Secondly, more roads for bicycles needs to be built to make sure that cyclists aren't caught in a traffic jam.
I hope this bike-sharing project will help build better traffic or improve the air quality.

However, this way has its (weak). As we know, the students are still young, and choosing merit students may be (harm) to their mental health by sorting them into good students and bad students. Tips for Staying Sharp
It's not abnormal to feel out of it from time to time or perhaps you're feeling a bit sluggish(遲鈍的)when it comes to remembering things. If you're worried about your forgetfulness, try out these five tips to stay sharp.

You've probably heard the term “you are what you eat.” If you decide to eat sugary foods that are heavy with fats then expect to feel lazy and have no energy. But if you decide to eat fruits, vegetables and make other healthy eating decisions you'll find that you're full of energy.
Never stop learning
Challenge yourself constantly---whether it is puzzles, reading, cooking or other tasks that will keep your mind working. If your mind is always learning new things and active, you'll realize that it's much easier for you to learn new things and to function.
Stay fit
Being in good health and staying in shape is a big part of staying sharp. If you choose to be lazy then your body is not going to give you the energy that requires remembering things and completing tasks. However, if you put forth the effort into being health then your body will expel(釋放)the energy you need to achieve your goals.
Ensure enough sleep
Be sure to get the necessary amount of sleep that your body needs to function on a daily basis. It also helps your body build up an energy reserve so you can improve your ability to focus and avoid distractions.
Socialize more
Social interaction will help you develop multitasking, problem solving and other skills that are necessary in life to keep your mind sharp.
A. Feed your brain
B. Avoid eating too much
C. Your body will only give you what you put into it
D. Lack of sleep contributes to tiredness and slow reaction
E. Conversations require individuals to stay aware and active
F. According to studies, sleep helps strengthen and recover your memories

【題目】Sending your child to piano or violin lessons in an attempt to improve their academic achievement is a waste of money, according to scientists. 1 research has shown that youngsters who take music lessons are more likely to be top of their class, Professor Glenn Smith claims this link is 2(mislead).

“Music may change you a bit, but it’s also the case that different children take music lessons,” said Professor Smith of the University of Toronto, 3 added that parents’ education had most influence on musicality.

“Children who take music lessons come from families with incomes 4 (high) than average. They come from families with more 5(educate) parents, they also do more extra-curricular activities, they are more likely to learn 6 instrument, and they do better at school.”

“We 7(motivate) by the fact that kids who take music lessons are particularly good students. In school they actually do better than you would predict from their IQ. So 8(obvious) something else is going on. We thought that 9(person) might be the thing.” Professor Smith explained, “Clearly studying music changes the brain, but so does any learning. 【題目】根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容的理解, 選擇正確答案。 Try this: For an entire day, forget about the clock. Eat when you're hungry and sleep when you're tired. What do you think will happen?
You may be surprised to find that your day is much like most other days. You'll probably get hungry when you normally eat and tired when you normally sleep. Even though you don't know what time it is, your body does.
These patterns of daily life are called circadian rhythms(生理節(jié)奏), and they are more than just habits. Inside our bodies are several clocklike systems that follow a roughly 24-hour cycle. Throughout the day and night, our inner clocks direct changes in temperature, body chemicals, hunger, sleepiness and more.
Everyone's rhythms are different, which is why you might like to stay up late while your sister always wants to go to bed early. But on the whole, everyone is programmed to fell tired at night and energetic during the day.
Learning about our body clocks may help scientists understand why problems arise when we act out of step with our circadian rhythms. For example, traveling across time zones can make people wake up in the middle of the night. Regularly staying up late can make kids do worse in tests.
"There is a growing sense that when we eat and when we sleep are important parts of how healthy we are," says Steven Shea, director of the Sleep Disorders Program at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
One way to learn about how our body clocks tick is to mess them up and see what happens. That's what neurologist(神經(jīng)病學(xué)家)Frank Scheer and his workmates did in a recent study.
Staying up night after night, their studies suggest, could make kids extra hungry and more likely to gain weight. And regularly sleeping too little, Scheer says, may be one cause of the recent increase in childhood obesity.
(1)What will happen if you forget about the clock according to the passage?
A.You will feel upset.
B.You will behave normally.
C.Your body will not know what time it is.
D.You will probably get hungry more easily.
(2)Mike feels energetic at 12 midnight while Tom feels sleepy. What advice would be given by the writer?
A.Both should see a doctor.
B.Tom should see a doctor.
C.Both should take it easy.
D.Mike should have a watch.
(3)How do Frank Scheer and his workmates study body clocks?
A.By seeing what happens when they are messed up.
B.By asking questions and collecting answers.
C.By studying people traveling across time zones.
D.By programming people with man-made clocks.
(4)What will the writer most probably talk about next?
A.Other examples of what people will do when their body clocks go wrong.
B.Medicines that can keep people from putting on weight.
C.Why it is important to have a normal body clock.
D.What circadian rhythms are.

【題目】根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容,從短文后的選項中選出能填入空白處的最佳選項。選項中有兩項為多余選項。
Many adults are not aware of the very active social lives that their children lead. You might think that your young child does not yet have a social life.
They have minimal independence and are generally always supervised by an adult. Even so, it is a stage of their lives when huge amounts of personality development and emotional development take place.
One of the things that always makes me chuckle is when I am in the supermarket or out and about and I see a young mother with her child. The mother is often busy multi-tasking, picking up items, calculating prices and soothing her young child all at the same time, while the child is engaging with the people around them. Usually the mother is completely unaware that her child is engaging in social interaction. Some babies smile at every passing person, undoubtedly developing the charm that will open many doors for them in later life.
Aside from all of the incidental ways that your child engages in social interaction, it is important to purposely set up opportunities for your child to socialize and interact with other children their age. Households with many children can be ideal for providing natural opportunities for children to interact socially. However today’s typical household contains just one or two children.
Organizing play dates with other children their age is great, as is enrolling them in some type of activity for toddlers at the local library. Look around your community for activities that are safe, social and stimulating for your child and begin to purposefully involve your child in these activities for their social development.
A. Sometimes the child makes eye contact, some times an adult waves to the child or makes faces.
B. In reality though, even if your child spends the majority of their time right by your side, they interact directly or indirectly with everyone you interact with and more.
C. The fact is, many of the social skills that they learn as a young child will last them throughout their entire lifespan.
D. This development will affect their young social lives and, surprisingly to most, a lot of the social interaction that they will engage in for the remainder of their lives.
E. Anything aimed at children much younger than your child will bore them and anything aimed at children much older will frustrate them.
F. Taking young children to the local park to play while you watch and supervise is a great way to introduce them to playing with other children.
G. This gives them healthy opportunities to begin to develop socially.
