On a mid-September day, British climbers Rachel Kelsey and Jeremy Colenso were climbing in the Swiss Alps.
When they left their base, the weather was good, and they reached the top of the mountain. Snow began to fall, making it difficult to see where they could put their hands and feet on the rock. The looks on the faces of the customers were priceless. There were smiles and some sheepish grins. All had been touched by his simple gesture—and in a place they never expected. They would gather their things and walk out, smiling.
Of course, he did the same to me and I got to know his name, Marty.

As adults we are familiar with “extra pay for overtime working,” but less familiar with the fact that what constitutes(構(gòu)成)“overtime” is a matter of legal definition.
