Stress is state of being upset that happen when we are under pressure. We students have all experienced stress over problems in our daily life, test results, or too many homework. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn what to deal with it. When you are stressful, don’t forget your hobbies. If you are fond music, just turn on the radio.
