Dear Aunt Emma,

I was so happy to get your letter yesterday.

I am heavier than you saw me last year, and I’m even the heaviest in my class now. So Mom wants me to go on a diet. Vegetables are good for my health, but meat isn’t. Now I eat more vegetables but less meat and do more exercise than before. For example, I jump rope for thirty minutes every day and go swimming every weekend. It takes a lot of skills and hard work to set a world record in pumpkin-carving(雕刻南瓜). Steve Clarke, a sixth-grade teacher from Pennsylvania, is a famous carver(雕刻師).
