When a dog owner puts the iCPooch app on a phone, he or she can connect to the iCPooch machine at home and start talking. The owner's image(影像) and voice will be on the screen. When the owner pushes a button on the iCPooch app, the machine will give the dog some food that has been stored inside the box.
How could Martin come up with the idea? The idea came to the Washington girl when she took a business class last year. That led her to think about helping her pet Kayla. Kayla always looked sad when she was left alone at home.“I wanted to know how you could talk to your dog if you were not at home. And what if you were able to give them a treat while you were away?” Martin explained her idea.
Now Martin and her family have set up a company. They’ve had investments (投資) from businessmen and asked a factory to make the product. They expected to sell 8,000 products by the end of 2015.

Being safe at school and in your everyday life needs knowledge. If you remember the following information, your life will be much safer.
Always notice the environment around you. You shouldn't walk alone outside. Make sure where the public phones are. If anything dangerous happens, you can find them quickly.
Don't use earphones when running in the school yard or on the street. You will keep yourself from the outside world and can be easily surprised.
School bags should be carried towards the front of your body instead of putting them on your back. When buses are crowded, it is easy enough for thieves to steal the things in your bags on your back.
If you are followed by a stranger, cross the street and go in the other direction, let the stranger know that you know he or she is there. Next, go and get help from others if it is necessary. Don’t go home directly. You are safer on the street than you are in your home or in a lift.
If you have to take a bus to a place far away, try to get to the stop a few minutes before the buses leave. This stops a stranger from studying you. On buses, don’t sit alone; sit behind the driver or with friends. Don’t sleep.
根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容,判斷以下句子正誤。你認為正確的句子請在答題卷相應空格內(nèi)寫“T”,錯誤的寫“F”。(共5小題,每小題1分,滿分5分)

There are many American expressions about insects(昆蟲) like bees, for example. Bees are known as very hard workers. They always appear to be busy, moving around their homes or hives. So you might say you were “as busy as a bee” if you spent your weekend cleaning your house .
Here is an expression about bees that is not used much any more, but we like it anyway. We think it was first used in the nineteen twenties. Hornets(大黃蜂) are bee-like insects that sometimes attack people. If you are really angry, you might say you are“mad as a hornet”.And if you “stir up a hornet’s nest”, you create trouble or problems.
Butterflies are beautiful insects, but you would not want to “have butterflies in the stomach”. That means to be nervous about having to do something, like speaking in front of a crowd. And do you know any expressions about ants?
