Jack Ma, the chairman(主席) of Alibaba Group, was born on September 10, 1964 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. He is one of the Asia's richest businessmen(商人). He is many people’s hero.

Jack Ma is small and thin, but he looks smart. He often smiles to people around, he is kind and friendly, so he has many friends. He studies English well and is good at it. He gets up early in the morning, he likes playing Taiji and jogging best. When Jack Ma is free, he enjoys reading too, he spends more than one hour reading books every day.

He is the founder(創(chuàng)辦者)of the world’s biggest online shopping mall----Taobao. Taobao means “l(fā)ooking for treasure” in Chinese. People can find almost everything they need on Taobao, from fashionable clothes to cartoon books , from small candy to big cars. People don't have to spend a lot of time going from one shop to another to choose things they like. All you need is just a mobile phone or a computer. The goods(商品) are usually not expensive. It’s very safe and easy to shop, so shopping on Taobao is popular among both young and old people. Jack ma is changing our shopping style.

However, shopping on Taobao also has something bad. First, we can’t see or touch the goods we will buy, we can’t try on. Sometimes, the real goods may not be the same as we think. Second, we may often wait for a long time to get our goods, we can’t use or have them at once.
