I believe that cell phones are not to be used while driving. One site said that talking on a cell phone while driving had the same results of drunk driving accidents! Also I think it is very impolite to use your phone in a public place! Once I was in a doctor’s office, and people were very quiet. A woman’s cell phone started ringing. After what seemed a million rings, she started to talk on her little “toy”, annoying every one.

I think cell phones should be banned（禁止）in cars and airplanes. It is very clear that people’s attention is diverted（分散）if they talk on cell phones while they are driving.
