The three visitors left Cooktown very early on Saturday morning in a Toyota car. They took a small road that runs down to the Daintree River, a dangerous river full of crocodiles (鱷魚(yú)). Roger Fleet said the visitors wouldn’t get into trouble if they stayed on the main road.

A policeman found a photo of Vicky and Tom near the “Be careful about crocodiles” sign near the river. Why was the photo left behind? This is just one of the unanswered questions. Other questions are: Why did they park the Toyota car at the edge (邊緣) of the forest? And the police said that the visitors left a map of the area behind, too.
