I’m sorry to know that you are worried these days. I hope I can help you and here is my advice.

You'd better not eat too much sweet food or fast food. They are not good for our health and can help put on weight. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables. And we should do lots of exercise, such as running in the morning, swimming and so on. Also, we have to go to bed early and make sure to have a good sleep. In fact, we aren't supposed to pay much attention to our build but our health. We should be happy as long as we are healthy.
