It’s amazing how you can reconnect with yourself and others when you're not distracted by technology.” Not to mention that it can also do good to your neck, shoulders and spine.

Stay current. “Stay up-to-date on current events,” said Matthew Crichton, a social studies teacher in New York. “Take a current events article and look at the history of the event. Knowing more about the world benefits a lot.”
