Question

When I was young,my family lived a hard life in the country. As you can imagine,many country roads are difficult to walk on. One evening we were visiting some relatives and the weather was very bad. It began to rain on our way back home. Dad cl me on his back. Mum gave her coat to my brother. We walked t 2 in the rain for more than an hour.

I was fat at that time and Dad must be tired to h 3 me for such a long time. He almost fell down many times. I tried to get down and walk myself,but I a 4 nothing since I was just a little kid.

When we arrived home,the inside of our house was c 5 with rain water. The rain had come t 6 the leaky (有裂縫的) roof and water was everywhere. Mum put bowls all around the house to try to c 7 the rain. Then she put me and my elder brother to bed,c 8 placing us on the remaining dry place. I fell asleep soon. It happened more than twenty years ago. And now I am a mother too. I can remember neither the b 10 nor the end,but whenever I think of it,tears run down my face from my eyes because I fully understand what the parents’ love means.
