Fast food is very popular in the world. It is cheap to make. Fast food is quick and easy for people to eat. Many people, including children, like it because it tastes good.

Fast food is bad for health, especially for young children. It may cause overweight(超重) , heart diseases心臟病 and many other health problems. When children start eating lots of fast food, they don’t want to have enough milk and healthy fruit juices, so they can’t get enough calcium for their body.

It’s OK to have fast food now and then.If you are overweight and want to lose weight, you .should eat as little fast food as possible. If you are active and not overweight, you can have some after you’ve had enough dairy products, fruit, vegetables and cereals
