When I was a child,my parents always told me that I should never talk to strangers (陌生人) . The following were some of the things I should never do: Never accept things from strangers, never get in a car with strangers, and so on.

Last year in the u. K. at least 45 people died and 900 more were seriously hurt in car accidents while drivers were using their mobile phones (手機(jī)) . Yet many people continue to use them while driving even though it's dangerous.
It is difficult to drive and talk at the same time. It is dangerous to drive after drinkingC R?M) too much. If a driver drinks too much, stopping his car would need 30% more time than no drinking. If he is talking on his mobile phone,50% more time would be needed to do the same. That is to say,a driver talking on his mobile phone is more dangerous than he drinks too much.
Texting (發(fā)短信) is even more serious a problem than talking. Many people sent text messages while driving. A text message takes about 90 seconds to write and send. That means for so long a time the driver is watching his phone screen, not the road.
Nowadays, newer cind smarter phones such as iPhone and Samsung, are always coming out one after another. They can make things even worse, because people will use them to do more things than ever before. For example, movies can be watched on newlymade mobile phones.
If a driver uses a mobile phone while driving,he is risking his own life and also putting others lives at risk. No matter how (無論怎樣) well he can drive,if another driver is not a good one or careless, his wrong actions will put him in danger. Such a driver is selfish (自私的) and careless, and the government should take away his driving license (執(zhí)照) .
Mobile phones can be fun and are quite useful, especially when you're in trouble. But there is no need to use them while driving. Just wait until you stop or you will probably get into trouble of your own.
