It is important that you talk about the problem with someone you can trust. Usually the best way to end your problem is to talk to your teacher or parents. Or, in some cases, standing up to the bullies may change their behavior. If they know that their bullying doesn’t work on you any more, they may stop. What’s more, parents and schools should devote more time and efforts to the troubled children.

Most importantly, remember this: If you’re being bullied, it’s not your fault. There’s always someone to help you—you just need to ask first.
