Chinese tech company Tencent is also setting limits on the amount of time that teenagers can play its games. Children between 12 and 18 years old can only play two hours every day.

If you have “gaming disorder", you should ask for professional medical (E 7) help. But if your condition is not that serious, you don’t have to see a doctor. You can use delayed satisfaction to deal with it.

For example, if you want to play video games on weekdays, you can wait to play them during the weekend for three hours. Or if you really want to play them after school, you can tell yourself that you cannot do so until you have finished your homework.
