Then my dad reached down beside his seat and took out the old, broken Bible that he had read many times, the one he used when he wanted to look something up in a friendly quarrel with one of the neighbours. I knew he would miss it. I knew, though, that I must take it.

He didn’t say “Read this every morning.” He just said, “This can help you if you read it.”

Did it help? I went to college without being a burden（負(fù)擔(dān)） on the family. I had been able to make money since then.

A large salad can be made with the inclusion of a lot of these foods.

Getting enough exercises can help improve hair growth. Aim to get at least 20-30 minutes of exercise ever day. It can be walking, jogging, weight training, and biking.

Right after you brush your teeth, brush your hair as well. Brushing hair fifty hundred strokes before bed can help remove pollutants and dirt while also stimulating circulation. Also, natural oils are released which will add more sheen(光澤) and oxygen to your hair．
