Shanghai become the first city to enforce(執(zhí)行) its strictest-ever waste law on July 1, 2019. And all apartment buildings with more than five apartments must recycle paper, cardboard, glass and metal waste.

Jack from China: I don’t think it will achieve expected results, but things will improve for sure.
