As we all know, it is very important for us to keep healthy. People can’t realize the importance of health only when they lose it.

When I was a middle school student, I worked very hard and spent lots of time on study. After school, my classmates asked me to play football with them, but I refused. At weekends, I still kept doing my homework and reading books without taking any exercises. Finally, I fell ill and had to see the doctor.

At that moment, I realized the importance of health. Now I start to do morning exercises on weekdays. And sometimes I will play with my friends on the playground after school. What I learn from this lesson is that we should try our best to manage a balance between study and health.
