Joe liked mangoes(芒果) very much.One day ,he decided to get some from the very top of a tree---mangoes which are exposed to the sun most are the sweetest.
So he climbed up to the top,where the branches were thin. He managed to pick up a few sweet reddish fruits. However,when he was ready to climb down, he slipped and started falling towards the ground.Fortunately,he caught the branch as he was falling,and remained helplessly hanging on the tree.He started to call for help.The nearly villagers immediately came with a ladder and sticks, but failed to help him.
Then a well-known sage(智者)arrived.People were very curious to see what he would do,as he was famous in solving almost all people’s problems in the area.
The sage kept silent at first, then he picked up a stone and threw it at the hanging man.
Everybody was surprised. The hanging man started to shout,”Are you crazy?”Do you want me to break my neck?”The sage said nothing,but took another stone and threw it at the man .Joe got angrier,”If I can just come down, I will shoot you!”Everybody was nervous, not knowing what would happen next !The sage just picked another stone and threw it again at Joe,ever more forcefully(猛烈地)! The helpless young man couldn’t be much angrier.
Now something unexpected(意料之外的)happened. That’s what everybody wanted--Joe began to use all his skills and strength and somehow reached the branches which were safe to start going down for him. At that time ,he just set his mind to revenge(報(bào)復(fù))on the sage.
Finally,Joe stood on the ground,safely . And he suddenly realized what the sage did--the sage successfully made him try his best to save himself.

Butterflies are common all over the world, but the ones in hotter countries are usually bigger and more brightly colored than those in cooler countries and there are more different kinds. Many butterflies have round marks on their wings that look like eyes． When they are resting，and their wings are folded， these marks cannot be seen.  When a bird sees one，and begins to attack it，the butterfly opens its wings. The bird thinks that it sees two eyes staring at it，and it is frightened to fly away．

All over the world the need for more laptops and computers increases each year. Networks have been part of our life.
