Health is important to everyone. If we want to live a happy and healthy life, we need to keep a healthy lifestyle. I think my lifestyle is not good because I often eat some junk food and I seldom do exercise. What does a healthy lifestyle look like?

Frist of all, we need enough sleep. Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours. Sleeping very late is bad for health, so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night.
