The most popular television actor in China is not Chinese. He is a South Korean actor named Kim SooHyun (金秀賢) who stars in the TV play My love from the Star (<<來自星星的你>>).

The TV play is a part of the South Korean Wave (韓流) of cultural imports to China, which includes music and fashion.
