Nowadays, we are under too much pressure. It's not good for our development.

In order to reduce the pressure, I often do some sports, such as running, swimming and playing basketball. I also hang out with my friends when I fee1 stressed. Listening to music is a good way for me to relax, especially light music and pop songs. It's very helpful to talk with my friends or my parents. They can understand me better

These ways of relaxation help me a lot. Now I am more confident and do better than before.
